New SaveGame Menu

This is a WIP video (unfortunately with a low screen capture rate). It's smoother in game. There are a few things to work on, such as buttons exposed after pressing New in the Slot picker, and more user feedback. But it is functional and works much nicer than my first version (which was lost in a corrupted project).
