Things I did this fine Saturday morning:
Added Denvi's MMB scroll zoom plugin (this should be built into ZBrush) http://bit.ly/1AxKPl0
Added two awesome custom brushes to the ZStartup folder
Added a menu of the brushes I most use called MyBrushes to the menu bar
Replaced the menu hotkey B to show MyBrushes floating in UI
Learned how to save a UI which doesn't include the menu bar
Saved a full screen, panel free sculpting UI layout preset
Saved a mesh ops UI layout
Learned some fine details of the brush options menu
Assigned numeric hotkeys to the brushes in MyBrushes
Added (Alt+) hotkey to quickly switch between UI layouts
